Our Story

Welcomehome Executive Residences was launched as an extension of Welcomehome Relocations in 2008. The relocations division started in 1998 as a partnership between Toronto and Montreal assisting with all things relocation. While maintaining the importance of all aspects of destination services, its focus was rental searches, city orientations, and settling-in services. Gaining momentum in the corporate sector the company expanded nationally based on the needs and demands of clients.

As a trusted partner we gained a reputation for honesty and integrity by providing our relocation clients with excellent, reliable, and thorough destination services. We were then approached by clients who were unable to find adequate temporary housing for their transferees. What they needed was temporary corporate housing for their clients. What they got was fully furnished, fully decorated, fully serviced homes.

We took our deep understanding of the specific needs and stresses experienced by transferees and handpicked properties that would alleviate this stress. Creating a hotel alternative was not enough; our mission was to establish a home away from home for our guests. We set out to surpass the competition in every way, providing guests with a higher level of service, quality, and comfort. We have since met and surpassed this goal.
